PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

• Register now to reserve your space on the tour. Final registration is due June 1, 2026.

• A $500 non-refundable per person tour deposit is due upon registration.

• Final payment is due July 15, 2026.

• You can pay through this website using a credit card. If you need to pay in a different way, please contact us.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

• Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We recommend purchasing insurance within 10 days of the initial deposit to protect preexisting medical conditions. 

• It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his / her local health insurance provides coverage outside of the USA. Please contact your insurance carrier for details. Wisdom Passages, LLC strongly recommends the purchase of a comprehensive travel insurance package, which covers health, luggage, and trip cancellation. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any losses or expenses, which you or any member of your party may incur as a result of failing to secure adequate coverage.

 

BAGGAGE:

Luggage is the responsibility of the passenger and that of the airlines. For lost luggage claims, the passenger is responsible for notifying the airline directly.

 

PASSPORT AND DOCUMENTATION:

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination. For more specific visa requirement, please contact the relevant consulate for update information.
